Business consulting
Structure, margin and process work on companies that are profitable but disorganised, or organised but unprofitable. Financial structuring, operational clean-up, and the policies and procedures that stand up to outside scrutiny.

Tornado Network, Inc. advises owners on building, buying and exiting companies. Our combined expertise goes back more than thirty years, with our own capital and our own names on the door.
Who we are
Most advice about buying and selling companies comes from people who have never had to make payroll. Ours has. Within our team, our people founded an accountancy firm and ran it for fourteen years, and built a food company and a restaurant and sold them.
We set up businesses for our clients, bring them to a saleable state and pass them on, or help you reshape the business you have into something stronger.
That history is the whole proposition. When we look at your numbers we are reading them the way a buyer will read them, and the way you will have to defend them in a room where the money is real.
What we do
We help companies cope with the increasing complexity of business, finance and law. Consulting makes a company worth acquiring. Acquisition work makes the transfer happen cleanly. Most clients need both, in that order.
Structure, margin and process work on companies that are profitable but disorganised, or organised but unprofitable. Financial structuring, operational clean-up, and the policies and procedures that stand up to outside scrutiny.
Buy-side search and evaluation, sell-side preparation, valuation sense-checking, due diligence support, and deal structuring. We work on the questions that decide the price, not the ones that decide the paperwork.
Most owners start preparing to sell about two years too late. We work backwards from what a buyer will demand and fix it while there is still time for the fix to show up in the accounts.
Track record
VHH Accountancy, founded 1995. Fourteen years, a full team, a purpose-built office, and a client book serviced across the Netherlands before the business was passed on.
My communication is very straightforward. I don't like to spin around difficult conversations. I like to move forward and get things done, and always look into the documents to stay on top of the situation.

Whether you are buying, selling, fixing or preparing, the first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies more than a month of internal debate.
